shipping
delivery time depends on shipping method selected. overnight and second day delivery available upon request. shipping charges will depend on total weight and destination of the shipment.

it may happen that the items you request are not yet available in our store. we're happy to take down your order and notify you as soon as it arrives. generally, a salesperson will be able to provide expected delivery dates for these items.

* please understand, flora and henri is a boutique retailer. while we make every effort possible to maintain a robust inventory for online purchase at our warehouse, sometimes we may not have the item you're looking for. if we have the item available at one of our retail locations we can ship it directly from there for a small additional charge. this charge applies only if your order is coming from two or more separate locations. items not available at our warehouse but found in a retail location are marked with an asterisk.

returns and exchanges
non-sale merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. after the 21 days non-sale merchandise may be returned for exchanges or store credit only. all sales are final after 60 days from date of purchase. no refunds on sale merchandise; exchanges or store credit only for 60 days from date of purchase. all returned merchandise must be in saleable condition. any worn, washed, or damaged items may not be returned. items purchased from the flora and henri website or catalog cannot be exchanged or returned at flora and henri boutiques. if you are returning merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of shipping to us. shipping charges are non-refundable. please note shipping fees will apply for replacement merchandise.

returning merchandise
1. please ensure that you return complies with the flora and henri exchange and return policy.
2. place items you would like to return in a suitable shipping box.
3. enclose a copy of the original invoice.
4. please include a note with instructions that requests either a return or an exchange.
