Delivery time depends on shipping method selected. Overnight and second
day delivery available upon request. Shipping charges will depend
on total weight and destination of the shipment.
It may happen that the items you request are not yet available in
our store. We're happy to take down your order and notify you as soon
as it arrives. Generally, a salesperson will be able to provide
expected delivery dates for these items.
* Please understand, flora and henri is a boutique retailer. While we make every effort possible to
maintain a robust inventory for online purchase at our warehouse, sometimes we may not have the item
you're looking for. If we have the item available at one of our retail locations we can ship it
directly from there for a small additional charge. This charge applies only if your order is coming from two or more separate locations.
Items not available at our warehouse but found in a retail location are marked with an asterisk.
Within 21 days of receipt of merchandise, we will credit your original
method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. After 21
days all returns are for exchanges or store credit only. No returns,
exchanges or store credit after 60 days from date of purchase. Send
items securely wrapped. All articles must be in saleable condition;
previously worn articles are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are one direction only; we do not pay shipping on return items.
Exchanges or merchandise credit only on sale items
If you are exchanging merchandise for another product, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that shipping fees will also apply to your replacement merchandise.
